Our process
Every build, start to finish
Thirteen deliberate steps take your system from an order sheet to a tested machine sitting on your desk. Here's exactly what happens in between.
- 01
Order review
A builder reviews your configuration for balance and compatibility before anything is ordered — confirming the parts fit your goals, resolution, and budget.
- 02
Component preparation
Parts are gathered, inspected, and checked against your build sheet. Anything that looks off is swapped before assembly starts.
- 03
Assembly
Your system is hand-assembled: motherboard standoffs, CPU and cooler mounting, memory, storage, and GPU — each seated and torqued deliberately.
- 04
Cable management
Cables are routed behind the tray, tied down, and dressed for airflow and serviceability — not just looks.
- 05
BIOS & firmware
We update the motherboard BIOS as needed, enable the correct memory profile, and confirm fan and storage settings.
- 06
Operating system install
A clean, licensed operating system is installed and fully updated so your PC is ready to use out of the box.
- 07
Driver installation
Current chipset, GPU, and device drivers are installed and verified — no bloatware, no mystery utilities.
- 08
Stress testing
The system is put under sustained CPU and GPU load to confirm stability. Specific programs and durations are documented per build.
- 09
Thermal inspection
We watch temperatures under load to confirm cooling performs as intended and fan behavior is sensible and quiet.
- 10
Quality-control inspection
A written QC checklist covers seating, cabling, cooling, BIOS, drivers, OS, and a final visual pass.
- 11
Protective packaging
The system is double-boxed with internal bracing for the GPU and cooler so it survives transit intact.
- 12
Shipping
Your PC ships nationwide. Carrier, transit, and tracking details are confirmed for your order.
- 13
Customer setup guidance
You get clear first-startup guidance — remove shipping bracing, plug into the graphics card, power on, and go. Our setup guides and support are a click away.
Bench testing
What we verify before it ships
A representative checklist of what every system is checked against on the bench.
- POST and first boot verified
- Correct memory profile (EXPO/XMP) enabled and stable
- All storage detected at expected capacity and speed
- CPU stability under sustained load
- GPU stability under sustained load
- Thermals within expected range under load
- Fan curves sensible and quiet at idle
- All I/O ports and front-panel connectors functional
- Operating system activated and fully updated
- Latest chipset and GPU drivers installed
- Final visual inspection: seating, cabling, no debris
